Listening

After landing at the international airport, Lisa walked out of the arrival hall with her suitcase. She needed to get to her hotel downtown but wasn’t sure where to find the shuttle service. She called the hotel’s reception. The receptionist kindly explained that the hotel provided a free shuttle bus, which stopped right outside Gate 3 of the arrival area. Lisa thanked her and followed the instructions. A few minutes later, she saw a driver holding a hotel sign. The driver confirmed her name and helped with her luggage. Lisa asked how long the trip would take, and the driver said about 30 minutes depending on traffic. Feeling relieved, Lisa sat in the shuttle and enjoyed the ride to her hotel.
