Reporting Lost Luggage or Passport

Subtitle
At the airport in a foreign country, Anna realizes that her suitcase and passport are missing. She feels nervous and walks quickly to the airport information desk. She explains her situation to the staff. The staff listens carefully, asks for details, and gives her a form to fill out. Anna provides her flight number, description of her luggage, and explains that her passport was inside. The staff comforts her, saying they will contact the lost and found department and the police immediately. Anna thanks them and asks what to do next. The staff advises her to contact her embassy for a replacement passport and assures her that the airport will keep her updated if her luggage is found. Anna feels calmer knowing that help is available, and she leaves the desk with instructions on the next steps.
