It was a quiet Sunday afternoon when Anna suddenly felt a sharp pain in her chest while walking home from the market. She stopped, holding her chest, and collapsed on the sidewalk. A passerby named Tom immediately rushed to her side. The operator instructed Tom to stay calm, check if Anna was conscious, and keep talking to her until the ambulance arrived. Within minutes, the ambulance reached the scene.
