A driver named Mr. Minh accepted the ride. The app showed that he would arrive in three minutes, driving a white Toyota. When the car arrived, Anna checked the license plate to make sure it matched the app. She greeted the driver politely and asked if he could take her to the hotel. During the ride, Anna asked about the traffic in the city and learned that evenings were usually very busy. The trip was smooth, and soon she arrived at her hotel.
