Anna was planning her summer vacation. She walked into a travel agency to book a flight to Bangkok. The travel agent greeted her with a smile and asked where she wanted to go. Anna explained that she needed a round-trip ticket from Ho Chi Minh City to Bangkok next month. The agent checked the computer and found a direct flight with a good price. Anna asked about the departure time, baggage allowance, and if she could choose a window seat. The agent patiently explained all the details. Finally, Anna confirmed the ticket and paid. She received an e-ticket by email. Anna was very excited because this was her first international trip. She thanked the agent and left the office with a big smile, imagining her adventure ahead.
