Emma had just landed at the international airport after a long flight. As she walked to the baggage claim area, she noticed that her suitcase was missing from the carousel. Worried, she went to the Lost and Found counter to ask for help. The staff explained how to file a baggage claim form and assured her they would track the suitcase.
